Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Kazulo (kazulo.studio) is a pre-launch product. This page describes what we collect through this site today (very little) and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the moment you joined. That's the only personal data this site stores.

To show prices in your currency, we read the country your connection comes from. We use it on the spot and never store it.

What we use it for

Your email is used to contact you about Kazulo's early access and launch, including your founding-artist benefit. As the form says: no spam, and no unrelated messages.

Where it lives

Waitlist emails are stored in a managed database (Supabase) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf; nobody else gets access.

We do not sell your email or share it with anyone for marketing.

Cookies

The site sets a single functional cookie to remember your language. There are no analytics or tracking cookies.

Your art and AI

When Kazulo launches, your work will only ever be shown to the people you share it with. Your art is not used to train AI. We put that in this policy so the promise is on the record.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete your data at any time. One email to hello@kazulo.studio and it's done. If you are in Brazil (LGPD) or the EU (GDPR), these are your legal rights; we honor them for everyone regardless of where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and note the new date above. A full policy will replace this one when the product launches.
